Andrew Brown
Teaching and Discipleship Pastor

Juan Sali
Executive Pastor

Born in Ohio and raised in Central Florida, Pastor Andrew began his vocational ministry with DAC in 2019 following five years of teaching at a local elementary school.

Andrew spent twelve years playing professional baseball, and his current hobbies include fishing and disc golf.

Toby Hull
DeLand Campus Pastor

A proud central Floridian, Juan served at DAC from 2010-2019, and returned to serve again in 2023.

Juan is a former monorail pilot at DisneyWorld, and enjoys spending time with family (especially at Disney).

I am a Christ-follower who is passionate about making disciples of all nations. I want to know Christ and make him known to others through evangelism and discipleship through DAC, both in the Deltona and the Deland campuses

I am married to Kiersten Hull and a father to four children, Kenna, Colby, Laura, and Lucas. Kiersten and I praise God that each of our children love the Lord Jesus.

I grew up in Minneola, Florida, graduated from Clermont High School (1985), Toccoa Falls College (1991), and Alliance Theological Seminary (2000).

I enjoy watching sports, especially the Orlando Magic and Atlanta Braves. I like exercising, going to the gym, jogging and walking. I also love to do family activities at local parks in our home areas of Florida and Georgia.

Mike Duffy

Congregational Care Pastor

Pastor Mike is from Akron, Ohio originally. He began vocational ministry in 1997 and has been serving pastorally at DAC since 2005.

Mike enjoys cooking and swimming.

Carl Joseph
Worship Arts Pastor

Born and raised in the country of Haiti, Carly began his vocational ministry journey there in 1987. He later served in the United States with the C&MA, and came on staff at DAC in 2018.

Carly is very passionate about music and using it to worship the Lord, and his former band Alabanza is very well known in Haiti.

Daniel Stringer
Part-time Associate Pastor

Born in the UK, Daniel has been living in central Florida since 1998. He and His wife Karis have been married since 2014.

Pastor Daniel committed his life to Christ at 19 years old and fell in love with the truth of God's Word. His passion is teaching the Bible to those who haven't heard and strengthening the faith of those committed to Christ.
